15 March 2024 Time ~12:45 PM I along with my parents and in laws were here for lunch. This was my 3/4th visit here and was definitely the worst. The entree fee (redeemable) as usual was ₹500 per head. My UPI wasn’t working that day so I requested at the gate if the card payment can be done instead. But the arrogant gatekeeper was adamant, rude and misbehaved and told us to reverse the vehicles and rudely said you can go back. I suggested him to at least ask for a machine or if I can make the same payment at the reception where the machine was available but he continued with his rude and un professional behaviour. He’s the first impression of the property and I was definitely displeased and so will be others. I’d to call the SBI customer care and eventually the UPI was sorted and payment was made but the experience was the worst. Also after lunch while exiting, the same guy had left the gates open and was watching reels wearing earphones, shows his professionalism. If you guys have a CCTV at the entry gate please look into it. Never returning again! Service: 1 Location: 2 Hotel highlights: Quiet
