I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brick Kitchen, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance struck the perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy warmth, making it an ideal spot for both casual outings and special occasions.We began our meal with the Papad Platters – a crisp and colorful starter that set the tone for what was to come. Each variety was seasoned just right, with an array of dips and chutneys that added bursts of flavor to every bite. It was a great way to whet our appetites.Next came the Jalapeno Cheese Bombs, which truly lived up to their name. These were golden, crunchy on the outside and oozing with a spicy, cheesy center. The jalapeños added the perfect kick without being overpowering. It’s a must-try for anyone who loves a bit of heat with their appetizers.For the main course, we ordered the Paneer Rogan Josh paired with Garlic Naan – and it was easily the highlight of the meal. The paneer was soft and well-marinated, absorbing the rich, aromatic Rogan Josh gravy beautifully. The dish had a deep, satisfying flavor profile with a blend of spices that was both robust and balanced. The Garlic Naan was fluffy, perfectly charred, and complemented the curry wonderfully by soaking up every bit of that delicious sauce.To accompany our meal, we tried their Mojito and Buttermilk.
