Italian cuisine is a must-order one at this restaurant. Ordering nicely cooked neapolitan pizza, wood fired pizzas and pesto chicken is a pleasant experience here. Cooks at Brick & Clay do their best to provide visitors with tasty pancakes, blueberry cheesecakes and Italian tiramisu. You will hardly forget good margaritas or delicious beer that you can drink. This place offers great coffee among its drinks.
At this spot, you can order dishes as a takeout. The staff is said to be pleasant here. This restaurant is remarkable for its terrific service. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are adequate. We’ve been loyal customers of Brick & Clay since 2019, drawn in by your authentic pizzas and warm ambiance. But today’s experience was nothing short of shocking. Despite being the first to walk in, Mr. Prabhat, the manager, chose to serve others before us — completely disregarding basic hospitality and ethics. To add to the disappointment, we were told olive oil would be chargeable — something we've never experienced here. It wasn’t even listed on the menu, and the way it was said was rude and dismissive. Lack of staff, mismanagement, and a complete disregard for loyal patrons is not what Brick & Clay once stood for. It’s disheartening to see such a loved place lose its soul over poor service. We truly hope this feedback brings some reflection and much-needed change. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
