As being a frequent customer at Belgium Waffle , the service is very poor and still hasn't improved, and also to be precise the employee namely Mr.Yash at Belgium Waffle kalawade road Rajkot is very rude and pathetic in behavior and we had to wait for 45 mins due to the poor service and misbehaving employee. I'd suggest no to visit the Belgian waffle Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had very bad experience on waffle day, just one day ago, they told me that your order will took 2 hours to make and told me to come at 9 o clock to take my order and they also took 110 rs from me and my brother went there to take my order at 10:30 pm and they told my brother that counter is closed now we will give you tomorrow and then they called me at 11:30 that your order is ready please take it, I am staying in hostel how can I go at 11:30 pm and I told them that please give me tomorrow then they're saying NO and also they can't refund the money! so how can they take money from us and not even giving our waffle!
