I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite having a confirmed table booking, the manager refused to provide us with a table when we arrived. What made the situation worse was the manager’s rude and unprofessional behavior while speaking with us.If the restaurant cannot honor reservations, they should at least communicate politely and offer a solution instead of treating customers disrespectfully. This experience completely ruined our evening. I hope the management improves their customer service and learns how to handle guests in a more respectful manner.
