Its was great visiting the cafe the atmosphere the ambience the cafe was pretty well managed and also cool with some showers of sunlight The staff name kasturi served us really well she was greeted us with a smile It was plesant Just that we were confused with the menu visiting for first time staf could have guided us better When we asked kasturi did helped us choosing the coffee later on Everything was well managed communication with us could have been slightly better as we were first time visitor so it would have been more enjoyable and delightful experience for us Otherwise everything was top notch Pricing was slightly expensive side for my personal opinion Or else Food was definitely very good Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pizza

Disappointing Experience. I recently visited breve cafe and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the main issues I encountered: 1. **Cheesecake Quality**: The cheesecake didn't taste like cheesecake at all. It lacked the creamy texture and rich flavor one would expect. 2. **Nutella Misrepresentation**: We specifically ordered Nutella-filled items, but what we received was Hershey’s syrup diluted with water. You can see the evidence in the photos below. 3. **Hygiene Issues**: There were flies everywhere, even landing in our food. This is unacceptable for any dining establishment. 4. **Menu Condition**: The menu had coffee spillage stains on it, making it unappealing and hard to read. 5. **Table Cleanliness**: The tables were sticky and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. This added to the overall unpleasant experience. In summary, the visit was a disaster and left us very disappointed. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the experience for future customers.
