1. On the 3rd floor they have kept an IELTS assessment center, there is zero privacy for guests. When you open your room door you have 10 people staring at you. This hotel owner is greedy for money instead of respecting guests privacy. Do not stay on 3rd floor. 2. They are unable to manage crowd, especially during breakfast. Tables are not cleaned properly, they dont have enough staff. Service is slow. 3. Rooms are average. Maintenance has to be improved. When having bath hot water was coming from both hot and cold water taps 4. They didnt replace water bottles or bathroom amenities. Overall its a good location but for the price we paid it wasnt worth it. The management is looking only for maximum profits with no focus on guests comfort or quality control. Service: 1
