I ordered a fruit cake from bread and crumbs, Dwarka sector 22. It’s been one of the worst fruit cake I have ever had. Stale fruits and cream. I felt vomitish instantly. The fruit on the fruit cake was only as a garnish as opposed to be the main ingredient. These people think customers are fools and will buy into anything they serve. A bakery shop that doesn’t know how to make a fruit cake should shut shop immediately. When called the shop manager, she had a lame reply saying the cakes are made at head office. I would say, one one should ever order cakes from this shop.

The cookies are decent, however pastries need a lot of improvement. Some pastries tasted like stale!

It was good earlier when the shop had opened fresh years back. Specially post covid - the stock is limited and old, customer service is disappointing - instructions given for orders not taken seriously - quality does not match the price and ordered cakes, pastries are stale. Very disappointing!
