Extremely poor customer service. I strongly advise against ordering birthday cakes, as it will only lead to disappointment. They appear more focused on margins and profits rather than valuing customers and their money. Their handling of customers is unprofessional, and their decision-making is the worst. My birthday cake was not delivered, and I lost Rs 800 due to their miscommunication and poor customer service. Their employees and management are the worst.

Actually today 23.11.2024.. I went to this Bakery to order my son's Birthday cake. In meanwhile I ve ordered for cauliflower roll to the shop lady Personnel something Subha. She not listened my words and carried over the order to other person who ordered the same for two. ie last two pieces Work ppl must careful in listening the words of the customer.. work service I ever met Service: 1
