I had ordered a cake for my function with home delivery. On the day of the event, the cake was not delivered at the scheduled time. When I called the store, I was informed that a delivery partner was not available and I was asked to come and collect the cake myself. This information was given only after I contacted them. Due to this, my function was delayed by about 1.5 hours. However, the cake quality and taste were good. I request the team to improve their customer communication and inform such issues in advance. Very very worst experience we order a chocolate cake but they sent chocolate only no cake was there waste of my 900 rupees. They cheated us by sent only one KitKat and gems pocket. They didn't give any description of the cake. They cheated a lot . Very very worst experience..... very very worst people... There's no words to scold them rubbish new way of cheating people it's not a breadbasket CHEATER BASKET.... Very bitter experience very surprised about this type of new model cheating people are cheating in food also very very bad cheater basket.....
