The hygiene at this hotel is extremely poor. I noticed staff sneezing and then serving food like idli and vada with the same bare hands, which is unacceptable. The staff behavior is also very unprofessional – they don’t pay attention to customer requests and instead spend time chatting among themselves, as if they’re on vacation. Overall, a very disappointing and disgusting experience.

Brahmin’s Thatte Idli is a reliable place for quick bites, breakfast, tiffins and coffee or tea throughout the day. It’s convenient and well-suited for a casual South Indian dishes. I tried the Ghee Masala Dosa, Thatte Idli and coffee. The overall taste was good — not exceptional, but definitely satisfying. Both the red and green chutneys were flavorful and paired well with the food. Service was prompt and attentive. A decent spot if you’re looking for a quick and simple South Indian food.
