BOX8- Desi Meals Order Food Online is pretty near Shree Kala Hanuman Temple. Make a change from your habitual meal and order nicely cooked salads, paneer and biryani at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of BOX8- Desi Meals Order Food Online. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is rude here. Disappointing service is something that people don't like at this place. WARNING!!!! DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I ORDERED CHOLE, FOOD WAS DELIVERED WITHOUT TAKING FOOD SAFTY POROTOCOL INTO CONSIDERED. NO BAG, FOOD WAS NOT PROPERLY SEALED. IT'S RISKY! I THREW IT IN THE BIN! REPORTED THEM TO ZOMATO THEY DIDN'T HELP. NOW I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE FOOD SAFTY OFFICE! THIS IS DANGEROUS! AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!! I ordered one meal today from this restaurant.worst experience this the second time they are doing same . They took 1 hour just to prepare food and we can’t even call them. Worst service Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very pathetic experience that to 2 nd time in 1 month. Both the order was placed through swiggy and it was showing that delivery will be handled by restaurant. 1st time I ordered chicken tikka meal, even after 1hr order was not delivered. I was able to see the delivery guy near my location but then he moved in other direction. I called him and asked whereabouts. He told me that he forgot to take my order and now it will take another 45 min to go and bring my order and suggested to cancel and reorder. When the matter escalated to swiggy, the same answer was given and I end up with cancellation of my order. 2nd time I ordered for butter chicken meal but they send me malai kofta mini meal. There is a price difference. Basic cost of meal was 293/- but since changed to malai kofta meal basic cost reduced to 268/-. No difference amount returned to me even after explaining. Very bad experience from box 8 2nd time in row. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400
