My Worst Experience Ever on Swiggy — Absolutely Disgusting! Last night, I had one of the worst experiences ever while ordering food through Swiggy. The restaurant not only delivered the wrong order, but the food they sent was in such horrible condition that it was absolutely unfit for human consumption. The food looked stale, smelled awful, and was completely opposite to what was shown on the app. It was shocking to see such negligence and zero hygiene standards. Clearly, this restaurant has no respect for customers or basic quality. To make matters worse, Swiggy’s response was equally disappointing — no quick resolution, no accountability, and no sense of responsibility for what they are delivering through their platform. I strongly urge everyone NOT to order from this restaurant, and I genuinely question how such places are even allowed to operate on Swiggy in a city like Bengaluru. I ordered from Zomato and the food was completely uncooked. Also Zomato did not solve the query and this fraud bowl soul place has given some other restaurants number on Zomato so couldn’t even connect or ask for replacement. Strong not recommended to any one. Food: 1
