Food:
Had been to the Begumpet branch many times as my office nearby, so decided to give the Mehdipatnam branch a try. Went with family for dinner at around 9:00 pm. Place looked deserted with no customers. Ordered for Fish Soup, American Mixed Choupsey and Golden Prawns. Soup was ordinary without any flavour, probably he just reheated and added leftover ingredients from fridge. Next, he bought the prawns which were tasteless, even the sauce was bland.
The attendant mixed up the order, bought Chinese Veg Choupsey instead of American Mixed Choupsey, that too in a broken bowl!!!
Not able to understand how can mess up the order when there's no customers around?? Disappointing.
Ambience:
Average settings as compared to main branch in Begumpet. No AC. Place was swarming with mosquitos.
Billing:
The place doesn't accept credit/debit cards!!! They have proudly displayed that on the counter that only cash is accepted. The disappointing fact is the staff didn't appear to even care for the inconveniences.
Advice to management: please shut down this place and save your reputation.
