My family and I have frequented Bowl O' China specifically for their Crispy Honey Chilly Potato dish, a favorite we've consistently enjoyed. Today, on the special occasion of my wife's birthday, her heart was set on indulging in this very dish. We visited Bowl O' China with anticipation, ordered our beloved Crispy Honey Chilly Potato at the usual price of ₹240. However, our excitement quickly turned to dismay. The quantity served was shockingly half of what we have consistently received on previous visits. To our surprise and frustration, when we politely pointed out this significant discrepancy and even presented photographic evidence from our last visit, the restaurant staff dismissed our concerns. Their explanation? "It could be by mistake." This casual dismissal, especially on a special occasion, was not only insulting but also demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite our attempts to reason with the management and request a fair adjustment, they remained unyielding and refused to offer any discount. This experience has left me feeling cheated and deeply questioning the integrity of Bowl O' China's business practices. My strong recommendation to fellow diners is to exercise extreme caution when patronizing Bowl O' China. While their Crispy Honey Chilly Potato was once a reliable delight, our recent experience suggests a severe inconsistency in their portion sizes. Be vigilant about the quantity you receive and ensure it aligns with the price you are paying. To the management of Bowl O' China: Your dismissive attitude towards loyal customers and the apparent reduction in quantity without any price adjustment is unacceptable. You risk alienating your regular clientele and tarnishing your reputation. Being a fan of their authentic taste today we decided to visit again to have my favourite CRISPY HONEY CHILI POTATO and other items.. to my surprise n shock when served the quantity of crispy chili potato was quite less than before..we even showed the management the past pics of same item from previous visits but they simply ignored and said sometimes it happened as chef roughly measures the quantity while cooking. Though the taste was good but cheating customers on quantity being a reputed brand doesn't suit them all.. Mr Khan at the main counter didn't acknowledge their mistake n even charged full money for their own mistake. Well..this was my last visit for sure..Money making is everywhere nowadays but cheating for paid food is not acceptable.
