It was a lovely time for me and my daughter it is a hygiene place and staffs are very kind I would rate it 5/5 And the snacks items are very tasy & the play ares are very neat and clean

I recently visited this place for children and was disappointed with the overall experience. The environment didn’t feel very friendly or welcoming. The person who seemed to be the owner/manager was sitting in a casual and disengaged manner, wearing shorts and focused on his phone, which came across as unprofessional and not customer-centric. For a space meant for children and families, I believe it’s important to have staff who are approachable, attentive, and responsible. I sincerely hope they consider hiring or training someone who can ensure visitors feel valued and comfortable.

Deeply Disrespectful and Discriminatory Experience I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my family received at Bouncy House, Trichy. My father, who is 70 years old and has a prosthetic leg, was subjected to humiliating and insensitive behavior by the staff. Due to his condition, he is unable to remove his shoes easily — something that most establishments in Trichy have been completely understanding about. Unfortunately, Bouncy House demonstrated a shocking lack of empathy and awareness. Instead of making any effort to understand his situation, the staff - particularly a girl named Karunya — rudely insisted he sit in a corner near the entrance, with his legs turned to one side, simply because he couldn’t take off his shoes. Not once did anyone ask if there was a medical reason. Their only concern appeared to be the way he looked on the security cameras, as we were told to make sure he sat facing away from them. When I requested to speak with the manager or the owner to explain how poorly we were treated, neither of them made any effort to come forward or hear us out. Instead, the staff were instructed to speak on their behalf — which speaks volumes about the lack of accountability and poor leadership. This experience was not only frustrating, but also emotionally distressing. I will never return to this place again, and I strongly urge others — especially families with elderly or differently-abled members — to stay away. This level of ignorance and insensitivity should not be tolerated.
