Here’s a well-framed feedback message you can send to *Boulevard Restaurant at Orchid Pune Hotel*: --- Dear Team Boulevard, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share feedback regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. I had clearly informed in advance that I hold a *Gold Membership* and intended to *redeem my voucher for a complimentary couple buffet dinner* for my parents, for whom I had booked the stay. Despite this, your staff *billed the invoice and misguided my parents*, who were traveling and unfamiliar with the process. This led to unnecessary confusion and inconvenience, requiring me to intervene personally to have the matter resolved – which, thankfully, was addressed later. While I truly appreciate the *quality of food*, which remains excellent, I believe it is equally important for the staff to *communicate clearly, be informed about membership benefits*, and most importantly, *respect and follow the customer’s request*, especially when it is clearly mentioned in advance.
