It's worth coming to Boulevard to try perfectly cooked curry soup, bhaji pav and paneer. Many people say that waiters serve tasty curry dessert, mango dessert and cheesecakes here. This place has good cordial, wine or beer among its drinks. You will hardly forget delicious chocolate frappe, fruit juice or tea that you can degust.

Here’s a well-framed feedback message you can send to *Boulevard Restaurant at Orchid Pune Hotel*: --- Dear Team Boulevard, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share feedback regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. I had clearly informed in advance that I hold a *Gold Membership* and intended to *redeem my voucher for a complimentary couple buffet dinner* for my parents, for whom I had booked the stay. Despite this, your staff *billed the invoice and misguided my parents*, who were traveling and unfamiliar with the process. This led to unnecessary confusion and inconvenience, requiring me to intervene personally to have the matter resolved – which, thankfully, was addressed later. While I truly appreciate the *quality of food*, which remains excellent, I believe it is equally important for the staff to *communicate clearly, be informed about membership benefits*, and most importantly, *respect and follow the customer’s request*, especially when it is clearly mentioned in advance. The pasta is pathetic. The food in general is pathetic too. Don’t have food here. I also found a mosquito once in the sambar. Think about this before having food here
