The only thing that disappoints when you visit this restaurant is the gracious staff. Most visitors have noticed that the service is good. But google users haven't given Boss Eating Palace a high rating.

I recently ordered from this restaurant through Swiggy and tried a variety of dishes: Choco Lava Cake, Tandoori Chicken Pizza, Chicken Garlic Fingers (6 pcs with Cheese), Peri Peri Masala Fries, and Cheese Garlic Bread. Unfortunately, the delivery took over 60 minutes, and by the time it arrived, the food was cold. While I understand that delivery times can affect food temperature, the quality was still below expectations. The Chicken Garlic Fingers and Cheese Garlic Bread were decent, though nothing exceptional. The Peri Peri Masala Fries were average. However, the Choco Lava Cake was a major disappointment—it was stale and tasted sour. It's concerning that such a crucial issue with food quality was overlooked, especially considering the health implications and the fact that we paid for it. There was also no option for a refund, which is quite frustrating. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues to prevent future disappointments.
