Third class service. Staff member behaviour is not appropriate towards its customer. Rigid behaviour and no sense of responsibility to inform about the order. No Proper sense of service. seating availability is also not proper but they denied. Due to prior reservation but there is no prior reservation holding after waiting 1.5 hours and I also informed the manager if your customers will arrive then I will leave the table . Being a regular customer to the cafe. The kind of behaviour is not acceptable towards their customer. The cafe itself is demeaning in proper standard towards its customer. Being a hospitality person The kind of behaviour which has shown by the staff was really disrespectful and disgusting. I hearby strongly condemn born to brew cafe looking after their basic sense of responsibility and manner in which they deal with their costumers Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
