I had ordered food from BBC Vasai and received a bundle of hair in the Mutton Biryani. I am extremely disappointed to have received such biryani contaminated with a bundle of hair. We were extremely infuriated by this incident and angered with the staff and management who have ignored crucial food safety measures further risking the lives of us consumers.
