Worst boomerang store! Visited them by 10.20 pm sat there for 10 mins only to witness the staff avoid eye contact and ignore us completely. So went to the counter after 10mins, only to be told by the staff that they don't serve after 10.30. The staff purposely waited ten minutes to get rid of us. Pathetic attitude and service!!! Funny thing is that we went to the boomerang outlet at Nehru stadium after this, but they gladly served us. Thanks to their (staff at Nehru stadium) wonderful service... Service: 1

IT WAS THE WORST PACKING. I ordered 5 ice creams and one of it was literally placed on its side and all its contents were inside had spilled in the bag . I am in extreme dissatisfaction . The contents from this one ice cream has also seeped into other boxes . Not only was I inconvenienced by receiving a damaged product, but I also wasted money on something I couldn’t even enjoy. I expect the store to improve their packaging and ensure that they resolve this problem . It is not very hard to have put the ice creams in two different bags , then this problem wouldn't have occurred in the first place . I would like to have a solution as soon as possible for this problem.
