Boom Boom Burger? More like Boom Boom Blunder. Staff looked like they’d just run a marathon and were being punished with customer service duties. Rude, unhelpful, and clearly allergic to smiles or basic courtesy. Even with a big order, they acted like they were doing me a favor handing over napkins. Burger? Decent size, nicely wrapped, and came out fast—I’ll give them that. But taste-wise? Definitely not in the “top-rated burger” league. Dips cost extra (why??), and cheese balls were tiny like blink-and-you-miss-it tiny and guess what? Had to buy a dip separately for that too. And the sitting area? A tragic comedy. One overflowing dustbin and a backup open cardboard box to catch the mess innovative! Tables looked worse than a roadside thela, and the standing table was shoved aside like a forgotten prop, greasy and untouched. Kitchen seemed hygienic at least. But honestly, good wrapping can’t wrap up poor service and sad vibes. Do better. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
