Hi Prateek, We’re genuinely concerned to read this because our internal delivery records do not show any missed meals under your name or number. As per our logs, all scheduled meals were dispatched. Also, to clarify for transparency: we do not have a 20-meal subscription plan. All subscriptions are predefined, and deliveries are tracked daily. That said, if you believe 2–3 meals were not delivered, we are absolutely open to resolving this fairly. Please share your registered phone number, delivery dates, or any proof of missed deliveries with us directly on 873899820. If verified, we will refund the remaining meals immediately,no questions asked. We operate two physical outlets, and customers are always welcome to walk in or speak to us directly.
