Very Disappointing ExperienceWe visited Bonsai Restaurant and had a terrible experience. The Lemon Coriander Soup was fine, but not what we expected. The Manchow Soup was nothing like the real thing. For starters, the Chilli Garlic Chicken* was decent, but the Paneer starter was just okay. The Chopper Chicken Rice was awful, and the Bonsai Special Rice had a plastic piece in it, thankfully, I didn’t chew it with pressure. My friend also found something strange in his Paneer starter but thought it was a whole spice.Additionally, the chefs weren’t wearing hair covers while cooking, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Overall, the dinner was a complete fail, and unless things improve, I don’t see this restaurant lasting long.Would not recommend.

Made us wait for 1Hour 20mins for a meal of 6 people which I booked in advance and told them all the menu items prior before arriving at the restaurant. Completely disappointed with the kind of service and the manager was hiding in the kitchen and least bothered. When asked what truly was the reason he said "Gas band hogya h hamara" Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
