Bonophool is a restaurant which has been operating since 1940. It used to be known for its cabin style menu. In recent years it has been renovated and the menu upgraded to include other cuisines. I was suggested the Bhetki Fish Fry and the Chelo Kebab as their specialties. The Bhetki Fish fry is really good. It has a good portion of fish filling and coating. The Chelo Kebab is one of the better ones one can get in Kolkata. The service was very good also. Overall, am really happy with the overall experience.
