Bonnie Guest House is unmatchable in the same standard/categories of Guest House/Hotels. Everything about the guest house was exceptional, let it be location, accommodations, hospitality, cleanliness, room service, etc. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets, tastefully furnished and well maintained, well equipped and comfortable & with good amenities. The service provided by them was no doubt very excellent & attentive. Food was good be it be vegetarian or non vegetarian. The dining area is spacious, well designed and hygienic. Most importantly, we were delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of the staffs. They were always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward & went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. Our stay was exceptional !! A peaceful retreat with excellent & Impeccable service. The concierge service provided by Mrs Iba was outstanding. The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our stay most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of the entire staff, right from check-in until check-out. It was an excellent stay & we highly recommend this guest house if you are in Shillong. "Bonnie Guest House", defines the True Meaning of, "A Home Away From Home". Service: 5
