Hi Pankaj, we’re really sorry to see this and understand how disappointing it must have been.For orders placed through third-party delivery apps, the delivery is handled entirely by their riders and unfortunately is beyond our direct control. We do hand over every pizza properly packed and clearly instruct all delivery partners to keep the box straight during transit.In this case, it appears the issue happened during delivery. We strongly recommend raising this with the delivery app so they can take action with the rider and process any compensation or refund you’re entitled to.That said, we truly value you as a customer and hate that your experience wasn’t what it should’ve been. We hope you’ll give us another chance, ideally with a dine-in or pickup order, so you can enjoy the pizza the way it’s meant to be.
