You will enjoy its food, particularly nicely cooked prawns, pilaf and chicken. A lot of reviewers point out that the staff is courteous here. Service at this restaurant is something one can call nice. The spectacular decor and enjoyable atmosphere let guests feel relaxed here. But Bonedi Hesel is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I have visit bonedi hensel 3-4 times. Food quality is good. But the behavior of staff who used to sit in cash is very bad. He has very much arrogant attitude. Whereas we expect more polite behavior from the staffs in this type of business. We went bonedi hensel to celebrate one of my colleagues' "Aiburobhat" ceremony and we were 6 ladies in total. We have requested that man several times to provide us the private dining room, we also told him in advance to give us that room. But he denied to give that room with an arrogant attitude with the logic that the room is for 8person and the criteria to get that room is to have minimum 7person. Which seems baseless to us because we were 6persons. We visited many restaurant before but no one behaves like this with their customer. I will request to the owner of the restaurant to look into the matter. The reputation of the restaurant is already became down than before. So... Value your customer and their feedback. There is a saying "উঁচা দোকান ফিকে পকোয়ান". Today i along with my colleagues visited this restaurant and ordered multiple dishes. Each dish was almost tasteless, clearly giving a feeling, is cooked after taking out from refrigerator. Over priced and staff doesn't care about any feedback. Recommend not to waste your money just for the look of the restaurant. For a restaurant food is the most important requirement which is pathetic.
