Extremely disappointed with my recent online orders (Order Nos. 1605 and 1608). The Chandrakala quality has become terrible — dry, tasteless, and nowhere close to the authentic Tanjavur Bombay Sweets standard. It honestly felt like something bought from an ordinary local shop. I used to recommend your sweets to everyone, but this time even my friends asked, “Are you sure this is from the same shop?” That says it all. Customer service is equally poor — no one answers calls, no response to online queries, and absolutely no shipment tracking on the website. For a reputed brand like Tanjavur Bombay Sweets, this is unacceptable. Please take this feedback seriously and fix both the product quality and customer service before you lose loyal customers like me.
