Always closed no offers why is it even available on Zomato if guys keep it closed for delivery its so disappointing every time i click on this one it’s not up for delivery ????

Once I ordered from Zomato and got a very bad service.
1)The number of kulchas were 4 instead of 6.
2)Also,chola was not of Bombay wafers Standard.
3)Half the food was spilled in the packet and presented in a very dirty manner.
4)There was no original bill and the restaurant's name was written nowhere in the packet.
