order was heavily delayed. The restaurant person refused to even come on call when the delivery agent tried handing him the phone to speak with me, as to why the order was getting so much delayed. He told the delivery agent to convey that there were too many order and the delay was normal :( my guests had left by the time the order arrived :(

sorry that my staff has refused to speak on call as they are instructed not to do so as the customers usually directly call us on the number given for any concerns
