i hated my visit here. i’m an employee in jio world drive myself. i had specifically asked to be whipped up something sweet and the barista gave me a cold coffee so bitter that i plan on never visiting bombay island again. the barista told me that coffee is supposed to be bitter and gave me a cold coffee as per his preferences and paid no mind to mine. i had the most terrible coffee i’ve ever had at bombay island. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹200–400

Ankur is very rude, at the same time very irritative as well, it’s not only me half of your customers are irritated with Ankur he don’t have manners to talk with customers specially with the regular customers the only thing we have coffee at Bombay island is because of good taste and it’s nearby to us or else service is 0 from Ankur other staffs are really good at their service they are very friendly they really know how to be with customers. Needs strict action on him. This is very wrong way to treat your customers. Never going to have anything from Bombay island and suggestion for others also to not visit.
