I recently visited Bombay Grills, and it was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The moment I entered, I realized I was the only customer in the entire hotel—should have taken that as a red flag. I started with a soup, which was just okay. Then, I ordered a noodles combo, and that’s when things went completely downhill. The noodles had a terrible smell and tasted awful—almost like they had been sitting for a week. It was clearly not fresh, and I couldn’t take more than a couple of bites. The worst part? The manager didn’t even bother to apologize or acknowledge the issue. The only saving grace was the waiter, who at least offered to replace the dish, but by then, the experience had already been ruined. Overall, a pathetic experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its food and customers.
