I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the fafda I purchased from your shop today. The packet, priced at ₹120, had a plastic wrap and seemed fresh. However, upon opening and consuming, I discovered it had a foul smell and taste, indicating it was past its expiration date. I returned to the shop, and upon inspecting the packet, you also acknowledged the issue after tasting it. You kindly offered a refund of ₹120 and an additional ₹30 as compensation for my fuel expenses. While I appreciate your prompt response, I hope you will take necessary steps to: 1. Check expiration dates of products before sale. 2. Ensure proper storage and handling of food items. 3. Prevent similar incidents in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
