My recent visit to Bombay Brasserie Colaba offered a unique dining experience. While the presentation of dishes like the cycle wala soup and Agra subz seekh kebab was innovative, the taste remained average. The cycle wala soup, reminiscent of Manchow soup, lacked distinction apart from the quality of dried noodles. Similarly, the Agra subz seekh kebab tasted like typical veg kebab, albeit served with chutney and sliced onions. Moving on to the main course, the chatka chole kulche failed to impress. Despite its professional garnish and presentation, the taste fell short, lacking the authentic flavors found in local chole kulche. Despite the mediocre culinary experience, the restaurant's ambiance, interior, and music created a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, Bombay Brasserie Colaba offers a twist on regular dishes, making it worth a try for those seeking a unique dining experience.
