Disappointing service, wasn't even asked if I needed a repeat of the beer ordered (maybe dineout gourmet pass), so was taken for granted and later was told food can't be taken to go, as I had a 1+1 offer and later obliged to be packed. Lastly, a bill took 25 minutes of wait (paid service charge for such a bad experience too) and when asked about the missed steps was apologized to. Shoddy, needless to say.
