I recently ordered a Butter Chicken Rice Bowl and Maggi via Swiggy, and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. The packaging was very poor — the butter chicken had leaked, completely drenching both the rice box and the Maggi in oil. To make things worse, I found a hair in the Maggi, and the butter chicken itself didn’t taste like authentic butter chicken. The chicken pieces were also quite chewy. The only saving grace was the good quality Basmati rice. This was my first order from Bombay Box, based on a strong recommendation from a close friend who orders from them occasionally. However, after this experience, I’m afraid I won’t be ordering from them again. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹200–400

We packed it properly, even sealed them with cling film. The spilling of food is because of the riders.As far as food standard n quality is concerned, you said it yourself that we were recommended by someone who ordered frequently from us. It means achcha banaate hogein tabi kisi ne order karne ko bola aapko. Bombay box is a cloud kitchen, we cook n pack very carefully. We are really sorry for your bad experience.
