My experience at Bombay Bawarchi was extremely disappointing. The service was incredibly slow; I waited for over an hour for my order, only to be told by the manager that they couldn't fulfill it because of a backlog of online orders. The staff seemed indifferent to customers waiting, and there was a lack of communication about the delay. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory dining experience.
