Visited Bombay63 Cafe recently and overall had a good experience. We tried the chicken hummus salad, chicken popcorn, loaded nachos, Alfredo pasta, and mushroom soup—the food was tasty, well-presented, and quite satisfying. The flavors were balanced and portions were decent. The ambiance is pleasant and comfortable, making it a nice place to hang out with friends or family. However, one area that definitely needs improvement is the staff training. Despite requesting multiple times, the fan was not turned off because some drunk uncle wanted the fan on full speed ,which was a bit disappointing and affected the comfort. With better attention to customer requests and improved staff responsiveness and training , this place has the potential to be excellent. Would still recommend it for the food and ambiance.
