Very bad experience. Ordered chilli paneer, they heard chilli chicken but didn't even serve that. When we asked for the bill they included the chicken. We told the issue and they said that the chicken was served. We said that we don't even eat chicken and didn't order chicken. We ordered paneer and we didn't get either the paneer or chicken. They refused to admit it. Lastly, it was found that the chicken was in the microwave. The behaviour was very bad. Additionally, the egg in the fried rice was burnt, chowmin was stale and there was no salt in it. I wanted to give zero for the rating but there is no such option. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: The vegetarian selection is not large. And one of the non veg items was included in the veg section.

Having had to put up with the unprofessional behavior and poor quality of food at the restaurant in Chitra Cinema Complex, Bolpur Food Court has now come as a gift of God for us.
