*1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience at Bollywood Spices We visited Bollywood Spices a few days ago to celebrate a birthday with a group of 3, including an 11-month-old baby. We ordered food and soft drinks, followed by a pizza, which took an unacceptable 40 minutes to arrive. Despite asking the service team thrice, they kept saying it would take time and asked us to wait. When we inquired again, they revealed that our order was never sent to the kitchen due to 2 orders of pizza. We requested them to prepare our pizza ASAP, explaining that we were short on time and we have a baby as well and asked to be served at a different seating area whixh was at below down, However, the team was shockingly rude and refused to serve us, citing that the area was not open yet. Their attitude was appalling, and they showed no remorse for wasting 40 minutes of our time. The hospitality was extremely poor, and the team's behavior was unacceptably arrogant. Overall, our experience at Bollywood Spices was pathetic, and we would not recommend it to anyone. Service: 1

The food is awesome amd the vibe is amazing. You can bring your own booze making it an idle place, the open air scenario makes it very breathable and usually the crowd is amazing. Service: 5

The service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Despite only having a few customers, they didn’t bother to offer even basic hospitality, like water. The place wasn’t clean, and we had to repeatedly remind them about our order, but it still made no difference. They seemed completely indifferent to the customers. Service: 1
