I am writing to share feedback regarding the consistently unsatisfactory service and hygiene standards at the Bollywood Gully Food Court. I have experienced several disappointing incidents during my recent visits. A few days ago, I visited the Domino's Pizza outlet, but they did not have the 6-in-1 pizza available, which was quite frustrating. Today, around 8 PM, I visited Baskin Robbins and noticed a dead fly on the ice cream in the counter. I pointed this out to the serving staff, and you can verify this incident via CCTV. I left without purchasing anything, which is not what I would expect from a brand like Baskin Robbins. Additionally, a few months ago, at Burger King, I ordered a Choco Dip ice cream from the screen, but they were unable to provide it, stating they lacked the necessary ingredients and offered a cup ice cream instead. I am unsure who is responsible for managing this food court, but there is a clear need for significant improvement in both service and hygiene. Each time I visit, I leave feeling disappointed.
