I was the only Customer on Diwali and they took terrible long time to bring our one gyoza order. That too the gyoza wasn't freshly cook and was too chilly hot. Over that they became cocky on not removing service charges. They say we have given you 40 percent discount but cannot remove service charges. We said we don't want discount we just dont want to pay any service charges on service quality which is not delivered at all. And give me a valid gst labelled bill, it took them ages to get a revised one. Very energetic on arguing but not with food or service quality... Please do not go if you are looking for a good time . Super unprofessional... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff here are friendly specially Anindya Mukherjee…, approachable, and quick with service. They don’t hover, but they’re always available when you need something, which adds to the relaxed feel. Their cocktails are refreshing, and with the happy hours, drinks feel quite affordable for the setting.
