@cafebodegagoa is one of those places which is over hyped and clearly undermines the basic expectation of hospitality business. We arrived at 6.30 pm at the café and were told that kitchen is shut where by zomato mentions the place to be open until 7 pm. We eventually ordered food of the shelf and even asking for a coffee was a challenge in spite of committing the same earlier. Our despair doesn’t end here …we were asked to pay the bill before we could even take our first bite. Once the transaction was completed we noticed hair on one of the offered dessert which was strongly rebutted by Mr. Arora stating we have planted that on our plate…this was really strange considering we have already paid so our intention was to only ensure considerable hygiene in our FOOD…may be that was too much to ask for. The final nail in the coffin was when lights were shut while we were still on our table hoping to finish at least one dish for which we have paid for already. Eventually after multiple rounds of discussion we were offered TAKE AWAY BOXES which felt like a complete disappointment considering by now our experience was a complete nightmare. I hope our experience was a one off situation but with the arrogance shown towards a paying customer who has traveled all the way to experience your @cafebodegagoa was just SHOCKING.. .
