We were ignored for 15 minutes after being seated. When a server finally bothered to show up, they acted like our presence was a personal insult. We had to ask for water three times, and the appetizers arrived after the main course. No apologies, no smiles—just pure indifference. This was the biggest red flag. The table was sticky when we sat down, and the cutlery had dried food on it from a previous customer. Unhygienic server staff worse experience had. Waiter name : kashu O Kiran was the name who served us Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The owner of this restaurant is extremely rude. She speaks very rudely to customers. The staff here is also very unprofessional. They do not provide good service at all. They don’t even allow customers to use enough water in the washbasin and toilet. Worst experience...

We have been coming to Goa for 15 years and always used Bobby's shack. The food is excellent the staff are ALL attentive and very friendly. Definitely the best shack in Goa. You must visit this shack. Well done Sanjay Kash and all the hard working staff that have continued to maintain an excellent reputation in memory of dear Bobby godbless. Jack and Bridgette.
