the food was totally stale and took more than 1 hour 30 minutes to reach my location which is just 3 km away from the restaurant. When i called the restaurant regarding my order, i was told that the order was ready for pickup and was lying with the restaurant for nearly 45 minutes and no one came to pick it up. The restaurant denied any responsibility to get the food delivered on time or even insuring the freshness of the food. They said that they have prepared the food and that was the end of their role. As a result, when the food reached my location, it was cold ,stale and almost unpalatable.
