Bobby Tikki Wala is well-known for its chaat, and I’ve always enjoyed ordering their tikki. However, this time their food quality seemed downgraded. The tikki wasn’t as crispy and tasty as before. Many pieces were overcooked on the sides, lacked good flavor, and were quite thick and oily—with a noticeable smell of oil.
