This is horrible! "I was really looking forward to dining at Blueberry bakers but my experience was ruined by the owner's behaviour. The food and ambiance were nice, but the way the owner interacted with customers left a lot to be desired. It’s important to make guests feel appreciated, and that wasn’t the case here. A little kindness goes a long way, and I hope this feedback encourages some improvements in customer relations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited blueberry cafe with high expectations due to its good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the owner's rude behavior. While the food was decent, the atmosphere took a hit because of how unprofessionally we were treated. It felt like our questions and concerns were brushed off, and there was an unpleasant tone in the responses. Customer service plays a big role in the dining experience, and this unfortunately left us feeling uncomfortable. I believe that with improved manners and a friendlier approach from the staff, particularly the owner, this place could be more enjoyable.
