Good Food & Ambience, But Parking Experience Needs Attention – 3/5 We visited Blue Water Restaurant, Punawale, on 20th August 2026 for a birthday dinner with family. I have visited this restaurant several times in the past and have always had a great experience. This time as well, the food, ambience and service inside the restaurant were very good, and we were happy with the overall dining experience. However, the experience at the entrance and parking area was disappointing. When we arrived, the main security guard asked me to take my car to the parking area behind the restaurant. The road leading to the parking was very muddy. After parking the car and walking back to the restaurant, my shoes and pants were covered with mud. I had to clean them at the washroom. While leaving, I requested the same security guard to arrange someone to bring my car to the restaurant entrance because the road was still very muddy. He told me that since I had parked the car myself, I needed to take it out myself and he could not help me. The way he responded was quite rude and disappointing. I understand that managing the parking may not be the security guard's responsibility, but a little courtesy and willingness to help would have made a big difference, especially when guests are visiting with family for a birthday celebration. Because of this particular experience, I am giving 3 stars, although the food, ambience and restaurant service itself deserve a much higher rating. I would request the management to please look into the parking access, especially during the monsoon, and also ensure that guests are treated courteously by the security staff. Apart from this issue, it was a good dining experience, and I hope the management takes this feedback positively. I would definitely like to continue visiting Blue Water in the future.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Blue Water Multi Cuisine Restaurant! The ambience is absolutely lovely—perfect for both families and couples looking for a great night out. Their multi-cuisine menu has an incredible variety, and every dish we tried was packed with authentic flavor and served piping hot. The staff was incredibly courteous, attentive, and quick with service, making sure we had everything we needed. It’s highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Will definitely visit again!
