The food was good, but the service was extremely disappointing. Most of the items listed on the menu were not available. If certain dishes are unavailable, they should be removed from the menu to avoid confusion. We tried to order 4–5 items, and none of them were available, which was very frustrating and unacceptable. If the restaurant is unable to manage customer demand properly, they should increase their staff to ensure smooth service and better customer satisfaction. Additionally, the music volume was unbearably loud. Many elderly people visit such places, and loud music makes it very uncomfortable for them. If you are organizing weekend live music shows, please ensure that the singer performs soft and pleasant songs rather than loud and harsh ones. The excessive noise was extremely irritating, and when we requested them to lower the volume, they directly refused. I also asked the staff member why so many items were unavailable, but he had no proper answer and showed an unprofessional attitude. Staff should be polite, respectful, and able to respond appropriately in all situations, especially in a restaurant that claims to be classy. Despite moving to the first floor to escape the noise, the sound level was still disturbing. Overall, this restaurant is highly not recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful weekend meal with family or elderly members, as it was impossible to even hear our own conversation. I recently visited your restaurant and would like to share my feedback based on my experience. Unfortunately, the overall service was not satisfactory. When we arrived, no one paid attention to us and the table clearance took nearly 30 minutes. The menu was not provided on time, and no captain was assigned to attend our table. After placing the order, the food was served almost one hour later. When it finally arrived, the paneer sabji was not tasty at all. We requested a modification, but that again took around 30 minutes. Even after this, the quality did not improve and we were unable to eat the dish. The behavior of both the manager and the captain was also disappointing and not courteous. Despite the food not being consumed, no adjustment or reduction was made in the bill, which was very disappointing from a customer service point of view. The only positive part of the experience was the live music, which was enjoyable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service quality, food taste, and staff behavior to ensure a better experience for future guests.
