Smoked chicken salad had absolutely raw broccoli.. not even lightly cooked. I had this salad at other blue tokai outlets and they make it superb. But this outlet made it so bad that I had to literally throw it away

After having a great experience at the Bidhannagar branch. We have ordered pancakes from the Sector 5 branch as it is near my place. And we were disappointed again with this branch. I would highly recommend everyone not to visit Sector 5 branch of Blue tokai as it doesn't deliver the quality food Blue tokai is known for. I personally would never visit this branch again, highly disappointed with Blue tokai. The food is below average. We have ordered Turkish eggs with sourdough. The eggs yolks were solid and cold instead of warm semi-solid yolks. The dish was totally cold and tasteless. The sourdough was burnt as you can see in the picture attached. It was no where near to Turkish eggs(saksuka). Please don't keep items which you can't serve. We have also ordered Bechamel chicken and the chicken is hard and dry. Please avoid this cafe and there are many better cafes near this place. I would rate (3/10) in terms of food and service is (2/10). We were so hopefully about Blue Tokai but were very disappointed with there service and food quality.
